We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was just a short distance away from the airport, making it very convenient for us. The staff here were extremely courteous and helpful, always ensuring that we had everything we needed. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the housekeeping staff did a great job keeping everything clean and tidy. The hotel also offered tours and ticket assistance, which was a great option for exploring the city.

We were pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities were excellent. We also appreciated the convenient location near the railway station and just 4 km away from the airport. The parking was ample, and transportation was easily accessible. Moreover, the breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel, in a tower near the railway station, is convenient. in November, damp spots were noticeable in some areas of the Chanakya tower. the room was well equipped, but the bathroom could be cleaner.
The staff's etiquette was not consistent. A rude reception lady and a man who ignored a request for Wi-Fi left a bad impression on me.

The food at the hotel was outstanding. The staff was very courteous and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The hotel's location was also very convenient as it was close to both the airport and railway station. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay.
The quality of the Wi-Fi could have been better. The connection was slow and unreliable at times, causing some inconvenience during our stay.

Another great advantage was the selection of delicious food at the hotel's restaurant. They served a wide variety of dishes, from traditional cuisine to international favorites. I particularly enjoyed their breakfast buffet, which was a great way to start the day.
